Glenorchy Animal Experience is a family farm, surrounded by stunning scenery and offering fun encounters with a large variety of friendly farm animals. Anything from lambs to a Clydesdale, from guinea pigs to llamas and much more can be patted, fed and watched.
It’s a one to one experience with over 100 friendly farm animals (pets) with self-guided tours leading from pens to pond and open paddocks. You can purchase a small bag of animal feed at the reception where you will be introduced to the correct feeding technique.
Visitors can be as intrepid as they feel like! Staff are always onsite to answer questions and provide assistance if required.
On rainy days there are still areas where you can feed and watch animals without getting wet.
You are welcome to take your own food and picnic on covered verandas; there’s no food for sale at the farm.
Open 10am-4pm, closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
