Our three guest units, Mohua, Kea and Piwauwau, provide stunning environmentally friendly and luxurious lakeside accommodation and are designed to showcase the spectacular view of the top of Lake Whakatipu.

Our Ecoscapes are designed to an R7 architectural level meaning you have ultimate temperature control and comfort. Ceramic air control for heating, cooling and air circulation means the best possible internal environment.

Designed for the environment, designed for comfort

We wanted to find the best way to build in our remote location that is passionately valued by generations of families and visitors.

We wanted this to work with our environment and not just be a state of the art environmental building that could be anywhere.

Our accommodation units are the result of a tremendous amount of effort by local contractors, partners and suppliers. The project became about creating a room around the view in the best way possible. We are proud to have sourced so much local talent from the Queenstown area in the production of our beautiful accommodation.
